Head Chef and Owner Ian (your host for all our tastings) absolutely LOVES wine... an obvious extension of his undeniable passion for impeccable food! Over 10 years of restaurant ownership and "cheffin'" has afforded Ian the opportunity to taste his fair share of excellent (and not so excellent) wine and fabulous flavours. So he's got loads to share and enthusiasm to boot! Our tastings include no more than 35 people and have a relaxed, personal atmosphere.
